Collecting Points

The principle is easy: at Best Western Hotels wordwide you earn points for each overnight stay. You receive one point per €0.80 cent (approximately)spent on qualifying room rates. You collect points on your total consumption at the hotels Worldwide! During campaigns and special offers you can even earn extra points – sometimes up to triple points. The points are automatically credited to your account on each occasion.

Free Overnight Stay ?

You can give a free overnight stay to someone else if you want to. Contact your local Membership Service at xx 32 (0) 2 / 374.31.85 (ask for GCCI) and ask for a Travel Card or order one through travelcard.bestwestern.com.

Redeem Points

Once you have collected enough points, you can convert them into free nights at our hotels. You can also use your points as global cheques for part payment at our hotels. We also offer a number of benefits with our local and global business partners.

FreeNight Voucher

A free overnight stay for 2 persons!
To claim a free overnight stay you must first book your room through our CRO (Central Reservations Office) and indicate that you wish to stay using a free night voucher. On www.bestwestern.be and in the Atlas & Hotel Guide the necessary points for an overnight stay are indicated. For bookings call our CRO on 0800 - 16 776.

Travel Card

You can use Travel Card as part payment at all Best Western hotels worldwide. They are ordered from Membership Services on xx 32 (0) 2 / 374.31.85 or via www.goldcrownclub.com.

AVIS Car Rental Award

You can redeem your points for a free day or free weekend award. Call AVIS reservation office in your country and make a booking. Then call your local Membership Service xx 32 (0) 2 / 374.31.85 to order your car rental award.

How to Check your Points Balance

You can easily check your own points balance and your most recent transactions on the Internet. Just visit www.goldcrownclub.com.
