When do the points expire ?

As long as a BWR - GCCI member has one stay in a Best Western Hotel within a 12 month period none of the points will expire. However if they do not stay for over a year, then all of the points will expire regardless of when these points are earned. Depending on the location and categorie of the hotel, free nights start as from 12.000 points. 
The values for a free night (double room) in Europe, Asia and Africa are stated in the "Atlas & Hotel Guide".
For our American hotels you just need to call our central reservations office.
Reserve your free night through our toll free number ( tel. from Belgium :0800 16 776) and mention that you want to book a "BWR Free Night".
The necessary points will the be deducted from your account at the hotel when presenting your card upon check-in.
