 | A: No, our fees are based on a per property basis and number of rooms in a property. Business delivered is subject to a Best Western Reservation Fee.

 | A: No, Best Western does not set individual property rates. Utilising our experience and knowledge of Best Western Programmes , advise and guidance on rates and availability through Member Web, is provided to all members.

| Q: Do Best Western Belgium Members Meet Regularly? |
 | A: Yes, an annual Member Meeting is held to review the years business performance and business plan for the year ahead. In addition there are Sales Meetings, Training Seminars and input is sought from the members through working comitees.

 | A: 45 members at the end of 2006 with a three year plan to move the membership numbers to 50.

 | A: Extensive training is provided to all staff members, particularly Front of House personnel. Training includes Best Western Reservation System, Rates and Availability, Sales, Frequency Marketing, BW Control System and Global Sales Programmes. |
